LIMITED WARRANTY

Odessa Petroleum Intl., and Petroflow Manufacturing LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Our corporation does not warranty to any product that fits under the following conditions:

1. Any product that has been repaired or altered that the company determines will affect the product adversely.
2. Expendable parts such as but not limited to valves, valve parts, packing, and plungers are not warranted due to the abrasive nature of material handled.
3. Any product that has been improperly stored, installed, or subject to negligence.
4. Any product that has not been properly maintained or subjected to improper operation (such as: corrosion, cavitation, or excessive pressure.)
5. Components or accessories manufactured or service by third parties.

Every claim under this warranty shall be deemed waived unless in writing and received by our corporation within thirty (30) days of the date of the defect to which claim relates is discovered or should have been discovered.

All products are warranted on materials and workmanship for three months from startup or no more than four months from delivery to the purchaser. The power end is warranted on materials and workmanship for twelve months from date of start-up or eighteen months from date of delivery whichever comes first. Fluid ends are warranted on materials and workmanship for six months from date of start-up or eighteen months from date of delivery whichever comes first.

Repairs made by our company are warranted on materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of delivery. Components repaired by welding are not warranted.

OPELLC and Petroflow’s liability under the foregoing warranty is limited to repair or replacement at the option of the manufacturer following an investigation to determine if the product or parts were defective at the time of shipment. Petroflow is not responsible for the repair or replacement of parts that were damaged due to the pump or parts being used in excess of the normal use and service.

Our Company makes no other representation of warranty of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, including without limitation, the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the limited warranty set forth above.

All claims for warranty repair must be approved by the company prior to shipment to the above address. Requests for product return can be made by email, fax or letter. The fax number is 432-334-8787.
